Don’t forget HOA meeting November 14 at 6:00 pm  at Bluegrass Country Club in the Glass Room.

A blessed Thanksgiving to each of you.
Per public Works our traffic light installation has been delayed due to longer construction time in Nebraska from the flooding. Then the poles were mistakenly sent to Florida. Upon their return, the poles were found to be damaged and are presently being accessed. Sara at Public Works invites your phone calls for updates. I can’t wait until our traffic light is in!
Per the Chandler Report average home prices are up 4% in Sumner County this past October compared to October 2018.  So far, this past 10 months of 2019, the average sale prices have been up 6% compared to the first 10 months of 2018. Our town of Hendersonville had the most sales for October in Sumner County with an average sale price of a home at $343,559.
With interest rates so low and so many loan programs it is a great time to buy.  The market is seasonably slowing down as well as pricing beginning to level out.  Builders are offering new incentives to get closed before year’s end.
Looking forward to seeing you at our HOA meeting.  Happy Veterans Day to all veterans.
