The national market is picking up as well as our Villages of Stoneybrook in spite of COVID 19. Our prices have definitely increased in Sumner County and Davidson is showing a strong market for sellers with not enough listings for active buyers. Look at the comparables within our subdivision!
One family has grown larger and they need more room. Another seller is moving to another state. One seller has gone to a retirement center, and another couple moving into another property within our neighborhood. So no one is leaving because they have not loved it here. We continue to be a sought-after subdivision with so many wonderful features and an awesome location. I’m grateful to live here.
